With the help of ZIBAT students, Wiredelta, a danish website and mobile app development company created an AI assistant. This AI makes website and app building easy, scalable and customizable. From now on, no coding skills required to create a great website or app!
It can be frustrating – not to mention costly and time-consuming – to build a website and app, regardless if you use a digital agency, freelance portal, or Do-It-Yourself (DIY) website builders like Wix, Weebly or Squarespace.
Building a website can be a complicated procedure, no matter if you are a private individual or a company, including hidden costs, delays, and unexpected surprises.
Wiredelta spent the last 4 years building websites and apps based on customer, and during that period they trained an AI how to guide and navigate even non-technical people through the process. So when you have a problem or wish to change anything on your app or website, the AI assistant will be able to help out 24/7. Recently, they even made it possible to get guidance from this AI on Facebook Messenger.
In case the AI assistant does not know the answer to your question, it guides you to wikis, with relevant information related to the topic. Or it will call upon Wiredelta’s human developers to help – and learns how to solve the task the next time.
“We radically change the way websites and apps are built. Our developers have trained the AI assistant throughout years by building custom websites and apps, kind of like how drivers are currently training cars to drive themselves.”, says Mark Dencker, CEO of Wiredelta.
This happens with the support of ZIBAT students’ competencies. Two worth mentioning is Claudiu and Petya, who both worked on the the chat functionality between users visiting Wiredelta and the underlying AI that has been built to (1) understand the intent that a user has and (2) execute upon that intent using webhooks connected to the intents. There is still a long way to go, so we look forward to work with even more brilliant ZIBAT students!
But why is Wiredelta’s solution any better than DIY website builders, such as Wix, Weebly or Squarespace?
“The problem with closed source website builders is that you can not customize your final product, the customization options are limited since the source code is completely closed off. These DIY website builders are all falling behind open source frameworks such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, AngularJS and ReactJS. That is why Wiredelta built the AI to support open source frameworks, starting with WordPress. Basically, everything our human developers have ever built has been done using open source technology, why should it be any different when an AI does the same for our customers?” asks Mark Dencker, and adds:
“We do not wish to limit our users’ options, this is the situation these days with all these closed DIY boxes. Alternatively, if using open source frameworks like WordPress, the user needs to know how to code, which most people don’t. Therefore, we decided to bridge these obstacles and create a platform that builds websites and apps with an AI using open source technologies. We have gathered the best themes, plugins, and modules, and made it easy to choose what you want as a user is making a website or app in a simple step-by-step process. After creating the website, users can access the live editor anytime, where they can edit their websites or apps with the help of the AI assistant”.
Wiredelta expects to go live with the new platform during the spring, until then you can sign up for a demo on www.wiredelta.com/signup.
