No participation fee applies, but please note that all participants must cover their own international travel, accommodation and meal expenses.
To some extent, expenses related to in-country transport should be expected.
Complimentary transport is offered on Tuesday and Wednesday (both ways) from Zealand Campus Roskilde to Køge and Næstved campuses. For guest lecturing during those days, you may have to anticipate local transport expenses (not complimentary).
Work lunch and coffee breaks – complimentary on selected days for main programme participants.
Complimentary networking dinner included.
For our European partners: This event is organized to enable funding by your home-university within the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program (as staff training event or combined staff teaching and training). If you need an official invitation letter, let us know and we will forward it to you.
Zealand will as part of the enrolment process facilitate a staff mobility agreement aimed at taking part in the event.
Certificate of attendance will be issued by the end of the event.
Selected partners have already been informed where/which funding is possible to obtain.
Additional participants will join the event as non-funded participants covering all expenses by themselves. All participants will receive an official invitation letter to be used in case a visa is required to join the event.
Funded participants will as part of the enrolment process facilitate a staff mobility agreement aimed at taking part in the event as well as a grant agreement.
Certificate of attendance will be issued by the end of the event.
